The GigRadar podcast GigRadio is back with a bang to discuss the best new rock and metal from around the world! It’s been 10 months since our last episode but we’ve been keen to revamp the podcast for a while, and we finally got the opportunity to do so.
This episode features an interview with Archie Hatfield, the frontman of Bristol post-hardcore meets metalcore band Immerse, our New Band of the Week in April 2020. We chatted with Archie about the band’s new album The Weight That Holds Me Here, which is out next Friday (26 March), as well as the merits of streaming and social media and a bit of insight into the band generally.
We also have loads of great new music for you to listen to, including two tracks from Immerse’s new album. That’s alongside music from our current New Band of the Week Artemis, as well as tracks from Greybeard, Octopus Montage, Knocked Down, Abigails Affair and Averted. And find out more about The Black Heart crowdfunder campaign we mentioned in the podcast.
The podcast is available now on all good podcast platforms, including:
